The ideal candidate should have experience in custom woodwork and furniture manufacturing, with the ability to read blueprints, use carpentry tools proficiently, and deliver high-quality finishing. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, including the fabrication and installation of modular furniture, fittings, and wooden structures. Key Responsibilities: Blueprint Reading: Understand and interpret technical drawings and layout plans to determine job requirements. Material Handling & Cutting: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminates, and other materials accurately as per design specifications. Furniture & Fixture Installation: Install doors, windows, drawers, trims, modular fittings, and hardware with precision. Repair & Maintenance: Repair or replace damaged furniture or wooden structures when needed. Measurement Accuracy: Take and verify precise measurements to ensure flawless execution of design. Workspace Management: Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety protocols, and keep the work area clean and organized. Time & Material Estimation: Provide realistic estimates for material requirements and completion time. Client Interaction: Communicate progress updates to supervisors or clients as needed and understand their expectations clearly. Creative Input: Suggest improvements and practical solutions to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
